We reserve the right to limit the time we can allot to one client per visit. We encourage all clients to complete their e-shopping, pre-selection and browsing on the website. Should we be pressed with time, we might be unable to show you other items that are not on your confirmation preview list. It is our policy - that the Las Canitas pick up location is for final review, final selection, final payment and pick up of purchase goods only.
gracee-creations.com does not have a store - we only have a pick up location.
Our policy of scheduling appointment time for pick up is to ensure that each client is given our quality person to person customer service. It is important that clients observe and respect the policy in keeping within the time agreed upon and pre-arranged as per email order confirmation. We schedule several pick up appointments per given day and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone when not prohibited by law. We encourage and appreciate your coming on time for your appointment; we will hold the appointment for 5 minutes past your confirmed appointed time and will reduce your scheduled preview and pick up time accordingly; or, if you will be unable to meet the exact time pre-arranged, please give us a call in advance so we can reschedule, if you so still desire. After 5 minutes and we do not hear from you, we will consider the appointment cancelled. Merchandise that might have otherwise been allocated for a client, whereupon that client's appointment reschedule or cancellation, that clients accepts to forfeit their first right of refusal for those merchandise. Upon appointment reschedule or cancellation, any previously reserved merchandise for the rescheduling or cancelling client will be put back into inventory immediately and will be offered to the next client interested - on a first come, first serve basis.
gracee-creations.com will not be held responsible or be asked to reserve/hold/ re-stock merchandise should an item sell out; including, but not limited to items previously allocated for a cancelling or rescheduling client. Rescheduling of pick up dates must be made official and reconfirmed with an email, from us.
At this time, we at gracee-creations.com are unable to accept walk-ins. We welcome your call and request for an appointment. Only confirmed clients whose name appears on the email confirmation will be granted access to our place of business; this is a company policy in order to maintain safety. Our company, gracee-creations.com, reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason not prohibited by law. MEASUREMENTS of bags - are approximate only. Measurement of bags are taken from the center and front of the item, EXCLUDING the handle.
RETURN POLICY - gracee-creations.com has a no-return policy. All Sales are Final. Exchange notification must be requested and confirmed by us, via email. Store credit in lieu of exchange will be accepted only when submitted with item's original packaging, tags and receipts. No exceptions! No cash/credit back - EXCHANGES ONLY or if item is no longer available, or chosen replacement is of lesser value we will provide store credit or store credit for cost difference that can be redeemed for any future purchase. We reserve the right to charge re-stocking fee for any or all returned merchandise when applicable.
ACCEPTED PAYMENTS - At this time, we can accept CASH ONLY (solo efectivo). No checks. No exceptions. We are working towards accommodating VISA, MASTERCARD payments for your future purchases. Thank you for you patience and understanding.
Security and Privacy Policy - We respect your privacy and any information we gather in this website will only be used to contact you whenever necessary. Since there is no actual sale done over the internet, gracee-creations will not be gathering any credit or financial information from our clients and the website does not store any of our clients information.
